Air Conditioned and stylish plantation shutters are throughout both sides of the apartment, the living area has a sofa bed, large SMART TV with Netflix, Foxtel (Basic Package), DVD player, wide selection of DVD’s, CD player, PlayStation 3 (with games and two controllers), board games and free unlimited WIFI – this apartment has everything you could possibly imagine !!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother (BYO pods).

The master bedroom has an air conditioner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with Foxtel and DVD player, linen with beds made and an ensuite with shower, corner spa bath, vanity, toilet and the bonus of a hair dryer provided.

The second bedroom is an air-conditioned studio with two King Single Beds that can be joined to make a King Bed with linen supplied and beds made. There is also a kitchenette, flat screen TV and DVD player, ceiling fan, ensuite with hair dryer and private balcony overlooking the pool which makes this perfect for couples or singles, we suggest this studio area is not suitable for young children due to the separate dual access entrance.

The apartment offers an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer that has been cleverly concealed in a cupboard next to the kitchen and one off-streetcar parking space.
Oaks Pacific Blue Resort boasts the largest pool in the southern hemisphere that flows around the entire resort, there is also an outdoor spa area and heated lap pool, tennis court (Racquets & Balls provided), gym, and sauna.

Just 400 metres walk to the Salamander Shopping Centre and only 1km to the peaceful, picturesque Roy Wood Reserve which offers BBQ and picnic facilities, shaded grassed areas and a sandy beach that is safe swimming on high tide. Roy Wood Reserve is also one of the best locations in the area to witness the stunning sunsets.
Nelson Bay town centre is only 4km away, you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, and D’Albora Marina which offers a selection of aquatic activities including the most popular dolphin and whale cruises.

Sheets and bath towels are provided at the apartment with the bonus of having the beds made prior to your arrival. Please provide the bedding configuration required for the second bedroom and note that the sofa bed will have linen provided but not made up. Please bring your own pool/ beach towels.

Spacious, open plan, air-conditioned living area with TV, DVD player, Unlimited WIFI, Google Chromecast, Games, Books and loads more. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities and family size fridge/ freezer.

A huge terrace with outdoor dining and gas BBQ cooking facilities flow off from the living area.   Unit 3 is the only unit that has private access to the complex pool, so no need for the children to be going up and down in the lift or hallways and you have the pleasure of being able to sit back on your own balcony and watch the children playing in the pool.

Three generous sized bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main having a split system air conditioner, TV, DVD player and ensuite with a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity.  The main bathroom provides a shower, vanity and separate toilet.  The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Little Hut, 1/20 Kurrawa Close – Spectacular Water Views, NBN & Air Conditioned

Perfect for couples or a small family who want to be just across the road from the beach. Spacious, air-conditioned living area with unlimited NBN, games and DVDs provided.  

The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what youre after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water – favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets.

There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and an external laundry with a shared washing machine and dryer. The unit provides undercover parking that will fit two cars length ways, there are beach chairs and an umbrella at the unit for your convenience as well.  

Sit back on the sunny balcony, relax and take in the tranquil environment or run across the road for a swim at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board. Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and a boat ramp – making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.

Located on the second floor in the popular child friendly complex Bay Parklands with beautiful established gardens and manicured grass areas for the kids to play.

The stunning dcor reflects the coastal lifestyle in the open plan living area which flows out onto the huge wrap around sunny balcony with outdoor dining, gas BBQ and sun lounges so you can relax and take in the peaceful filtered water and park views.

The living area provides the comfort of a cosy leather lounge, large flat screen TV, iPod dock, DVD player and ceiling fans for those that dont want the air conditioner on. The modern beech dining suite and large windows set the theme to take in most of the park and filtered water views and provides the open spacious feel that unit 49 offers.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could dream off including a dishwasher, microwave, Aldi espresso coffee machine and a full-size family fridge. If you fancy more of a beach theme with waves then Shoal Bay beach is a nice 600 metre walk away, Wests Diggers Club is right near you as well, Bay Parklands is very well located, two car spaces are available with one being in the undercover secure carpark and the other being in the open carpark, so park the car and walk to all attractions cause everything is literally at your fingertips.
