A private, magnificent swimming pool is surrounded by large open spaces of lush green grass and filled with sounds of birdlife living in the nature filled estate. Keep an eye out for the Koalas that love to visit behind the property. The convenience of having an outdoor shower with hot and cold water connected is available; great for when returning from a day at the beach.

The home features ducted air conditioning throughout and a large open plan family/ dining area with a SMART TV and FREE WIFI so you can log onto your own Netflix account and Bose speakers. The bi-fold doors open out to the huge undercover alfresco dining and relaxed lounge area with a ceiling fan and gas BBQ cooking facilities. There is also a separate media room which is perfect for those days or nights where you want to sit back and enjoy a good movie or catch up on the latest sport programs.

The fantastic, huge, modern kitchen has been fitted out with high quality Miele appliances and a gas cooktop. The choice of a steam or electric oven, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee maker + milk frother and loads of bench space to create your meals.

Four of the bedrooms are located upstairs. They all have ducted air conditioning, carpet flooring and Walk in Robes. The ensuite off the main bedroom has a stunning bath, shower, and dual vanities. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs and has the use of the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, separate toilet, and dual vanity. A private retreat is located off the al fresco area. It also has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and dual vanity – just perfect for grandparents to holiday with you and still have their own privacy and space.

A double garage and carport are provided for parking; loads of room for boat parking. There is a spare fridge/ freezer located in garage as well. Please note that no scaling of fish is allowed at the property and no parking on the grass as there is bore water irrigation.

Echo Beach estate is located at One Mile. It is a peaceful nature filled estate and only a short distance to the popular patrolled One Mile Beach. A restaurant and café is also located at the beach.

Echo Beach House is a large and very comfortable holiday house which is the perfect place for a picturesque holiday with peace and quiet at your doorstep.

There is a $2,000 security bond required prior to arrival. This property has security cameras installed on the exterior.
Sheets and towels are provided at the property and the beds are made prior to your arrival. STRICTLY no pets permitted and a no party policy in place.

‘Away @ Nelson Bay’ is a fantastic four bedroom, pet friendly home that features incredible water views and located in close proximity to Nelson Bay CBD and only a short distance to the pet friendly ‘Bagnall Beach’ where dogs can be walked freely and let off to play.

There are three modern bathrooms with the main having a bath and four large bedrooms all with ceiling fans. Upstairs has a large air-conditioned living area with panoramic views of the ocean, two dining areas, fabulous deck which is perfect for your afternoon BBQ’s, two televisions with DVD players, Foxtel and Free NBN WIFI. A large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is perfect for those wanting to cook at the property and eat in plus a large rumpus room downstairs with a built-in bar for adults use and a games table.

Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer facilities, fully secured large backyard which is perfect for the kids and dog to play, outdoor sunshower which is great for when you come back from the beach and parking in total for 4 vehicles including side access for a small boat and the double lock up garage.

A quick five-minute drive into the heart of Nelson Bay CBD where you can enjoy a gourmet breakfast and barista made coffee at many trendy cafés and award-winning restaurants, D’Albora Marina. There is also a fantastic Woolworths with café and BWS Bottle Shop, many boutique homeware and fashion stores and Nelson Bay foreshore and beach.

The iconic Shoal Bay beach, grand Tomaree Mountain (which boasts the Bay’s best lookout and view), famous Shoal Bay Country Club (which has just been completely renovated) plus the locals favourite haunt Gamefish Club are only a ten minute drive away.

If shopping is on the agenda then Salamander Square shopping mall is only a five-minute drive, you will find many food outlets, boutiques shops, Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, KMART, Target and plenty of variety stores. There are restrictions on the noise made by guests in a residential area. Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:

Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – Midnight – 8am
Any other day 10pm – 8am

Holiday guests to abide by noise restrictions and be considerate of the neighbours as neighbours are not on holidays, please move indoors to keep noise levels at a minimum and be thoughtful when using a sound system.
