Unit 142 is a dual swim out unit with the best location in the entire resort as it literally has everything at your door – outdoor spa right next to your patio, tennis courts, large carpark area and full access to all the resort facilities such as the huge pool that wraps around the resort, heated indoor lap pool, tennis courts, gym, sauna, day spa and restaurant and bar.

The dual units are modern and have the ease of being swim out apartments, open the gate from your balcony and you are in the water or you might just want to relax on the patio on the large cushioned sunbeds and sun lounges and watch other guests just floating past.

The unit is open plan with air-conditioned living/ dining areas and a large flat screen TV, there is also a huge range of DVDs and CDs supplied so if you want to kick back and watch a movie the choice is endless. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooktop, oven and dishwasher, the air-conditioned main bedroom has a king bed that can be split to two king singles and a fold up bed is also available, a flat screen TV and an ensuite with spa bath and shower to make your stay very comfortable.

The second bedroom is an air-conditioned studio with two king single beds, a kitchenette, a flat screen TV and a second ensuite, perfect for couples or singles, we suggest this studio area is not suitable for young children due to the separate dual access entrance.

An internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is available and 1 off street car space, there is multiple parking in the resort carpark as well. 

The resort is located just 400 metres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and under a 10-minute drive to Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay or Anna Bay.

Bay Parklands Estate at Nelson Bay is positioned over 5 acres with established gardens and plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play, it is a family friendly complex which offers a communal solar heated swimming pool, indoor communal spa, tennis court with night lights. All this and an easy 200 metre level walk straight to Little Beach which is perfect for children as there is a fantastic childrens playground and the water is perfect to swim as it is very calm.

There is also a popular picnic area with BBQs and toilet facilities, a great restaurant and bar at Little Beach Marina Boathouse. If youre after the surf beach than beautiful Shoal Bay beach is a short 600m walk or if a relaxing coffee is what youre after than the famous Inner Light Tea Room is at your fingertips, this is where you can tantalise your taste buds with fresh scones and coffee whilst taking in the breathtaking water views of Port Stephens, Bay Parklands is definitely the ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday where everyones needs are catered for.

Only a quick level 200 – 300 metre walk directly across to Little Beach, numerous eating spots, kids playground and boat ramp.

The unit recently had a refurb with new appliances and furniture giving it a modern classy feel with air conditioning. The open plan living area has a huge 55 TV, DVD player and loads of natural light that pours into the unit from the large balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped with every utensil you need, dishwasher, microwave, large family size fridge and complete cooking facilities, theres even a gas BBQ on the balcony so you can cook up a feast.

A gas BBQ and outdoor dining is also provided so you can sit back, relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.
