An outdoor lounge is provided on the covered front deck allowing you to relax and take in the peace and tranquility of the surroundings.

On the main living area level there are three bedrooms all with cypress timber floorboards, ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning. The main bathroom is tastefully appointed with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity, and boasts luxurious underfloor heating for those cooler nights. There is also a large laundry with a front-loading washing machine and dryer, and a separate powder room on this level.

Please note that strictly NO PETS are permitted at the property, and smoking is only allowed outdoors on the decks. As the property is also located within a residential noise restriction area, noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence must cease from: midnight to 8am on Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday, and from 10pm to 8am on any other day. It is classified as an offence if the noise continues after a warning has been given by council or a police officer.

The Point, 5/5-7 Mitchell Street – large balcony and great water views

This spacious unit has a lovely large sun drenched balcony with excellent water views looking straight out the headlands.  One flight of stairs leads you to the unit which is fully self contained with two bedrooms (both having ceiling fans), bathroom with bath and seperate toilet, internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer and one secure undercover car space located under the complex and one off street car space at the rear of the complex.  Relax by the pool or take a stroll down to the local shops, restaurants and Marina.

What a superb position !!  This recently renovated beach house has a lovely sunny balcony with sensational views looking over the prestine waterways and headlands of  Wanda Beach.

The Beach House is situated halfway between Sodliers Point and  Salamander Bay so you have the advantage of both towns, shops, restaurants and clubs at your finger tips.

There is a large screened area which is perfect for entertaining and BBQ on the roadside of the house and beautiful grassed area which leads straight onto the sandy beach. Three bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher are located downstairs with level access and a magnificent living area upstairs with all glass walls fo you to relax and watch the pelicans float past and dolphins play in the water. The Beach House has just gone through some major renovations, you will be amazed at the transformation !!!

Renowned for its fishing heritage Shoal Bay is the home of the Port Stephens and Newcastle Game Fishing Club which hosts the annual Game Fishing Tournament every February.
