The fully equipped kitchen includes full cooking facilities, fridge/ freezer and a dishwasher. 

The main bedroom has a double bed and views of the bay from the window. The second bedroom has two sets of bunks which accommodate 4.   The bathroom has been renovated and provides a shower, vanity and toilet. There is an external laundry which is shared between the complex guests, complete with two top loader washing machines, laundry tubs and clotheslines are available behind the laundry.

Ceiling fans are located in the living area, and also in both bed rooms.

The unit provides two car spaces (tandem) which are suitable for two cars or a car and a small trailer with boat/jet ski. 
Shoal Bay offers plenty of activities such as SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding), surfing, fishing and fantastic walking trails such as the popular Tomaree Mountain walk. This walk takes approx. 20-minutes to the summit where you will experience some of the most amazing panoramic views of Port Stephens and enjoy watching the marine life including whales, dolphins and schools of fish. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the summit is incredible, you will capture the most amazing photos and the scenery is memorizing. 

Shoal Bay Village offers a convenience store and the famous Shoal Bay Country Club which has multiple dining area, live music and entertainment for all ages.

A huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops are along the main street strip and the choice of three surf beaches at your fingertips is great. A short drive away is Fingal Bay Beach, this is a patrolled beach and very popular for locals to dine at the Surf Club or relaxing at Long Boat Cafe with a coffee and breakfast.
Renowned for its fishing heritage Shoal Bay is the home of the Port Stephens and Newcastle Game Fishing Club which hosts the annual Game Fishing Tournament every February.
