Go up 16 stairs to the 2 nd level to discover multiple spacious living areas with the main having a Smart TV with Chrome Cast built-in, ceiling fans, fabulous views and beautiful sea breezes that just flow straight through.  All the living areas look out onto the large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and gas weber BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the spectacular panoramic water views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, dual wall ovens, family size fridge and casual breakfast dining area, there is also a large dining table that is positioned in the middle of the living areas and seats 12 people – fantastic entertaining area for a large family.
