Sunset Place is ideally located in a quiet street in peaceful Soldiers Point, located across the road from the water but has great views through a reserve so you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over Sunset Beach.

Internally this spacious townhouse has comfortable air conditioned living areas downstairs (and a third toilet) and ducted air conditioning upstairs along with the three bedrooms (main with an ensuite and a corner spa in the main bathroom) and a large verandah which takes advantage of the cool sea breezes and great views.

This beautifully furnished Soldiers Point holiday unit has a spacious open plan air conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living area opens out to a huge sun drenched terrace with outdoor dining and lounge furniture and BBQ, a fantastic place for alfresco dining while enjoying the views across the park and Sunset Boulevard water views. Peninsula Waters is in a great location with cafes and shops located underneath the complex, tennis courts and park across the road and just a short walk to Soldiers Point marina and boat ramp. There is a pool in the complex and 2 secure car spaces with access via a swipe card.

Bedding configuration can be changed in the main bedroom, the King bed can be split into 2 long singles – we suggest you bring flat sheets if you are wanting this combination or standard King sheets if requiring the King bed.

Unit 142 is a dual swim out unit with the best location in the entire resort as it literally has everything at your door – outdoor spa right next to your patio, tennis courts, large carpark area and full access to all the resort facilities such as the huge pool that wraps around the resort, heated indoor lap pool, tennis courts, gym, sauna, day spa and restaurant and bar.

The dual units are modern and have the ease of being swim out apartments, open the gate from your balcony and you are in the water or you might just want to relax on the patio on the large cushioned sunbeds and sun lounges and watch other guests just floating past.

The unit is open plan with air-conditioned living/ dining areas and a large flat screen TV, there is also a huge range of DVDs and CDs supplied so if you want to kick back and watch a movie the choice is endless. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooktop, oven and dishwasher, the air-conditioned main bedroom has a king bed that can be split to two king singles and a fold up bed is also available, a flat screen TV and an ensuite with spa bath and shower to make your stay very comfortable.

The second bedroom is an air-conditioned studio with two king single beds, a kitchenette, a flat screen TV and a second ensuite, perfect for couples or singles, we suggest this studio area is not suitable for young children due to the separate dual access entrance.

BAY PARKLANDS 23 – GROUND FLOOR, AIR CON, POOL, SPA, TENNIS COURT

Unit 23, is a family friendly, ground floor unit with easy access to the beach and 5 acres of parkland for kids to enjoy while you relax on the patio to enjoy the beauty of the area.

This is a spacious, air conditioned open plan living area with TV, DVD/ CD player along with a selection of DVD to view, a section of board games for the family and a quite reading corner with an array of books to choose from, the dining area enjoys views over the parklands to the water with a modern family size table and breakfast bar to the kitchen, the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities , family size fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals, and a gas BBQ on the patio with outdoor table and chairs.

A short walk across the grass from your ground floor unit and you are at ‘Little Beach’ with a popular grassed picnic area, free BBQ’s, toilet facilities and play ground, a safe beach, great for kids to explore, swim and play (we have some beach toys for the kids enjoyment) also the beach is good for a spot of fishing.

If a relaxing coffee is what you’re after take a short walk up to the famous ‘Inner Light Tea Room’ with fresh scones and coffee whilst taking in the breathtaking water views of Port Stephens or relax with a drink on the deck at the Boathouse Marina.

Bay Parklands is definitely the ideal location to allow for easy walks into Nelson Bay Marina and shops, along the beach to Shoal Bay or just wander through the Fly Point Nature Reserve. Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres of manicured lawns and beautiful gardens. Plenty of room to play ball games and explore the area.
