Cuddles Cottage, 4 Christmas Bush Avenue – pet friendly holiday house near Dutchies

Cuddles Cottage is a short walk down to Dutchies beach where you can stroll along the sand or watch the kids play at the park or have a go at Stand Up Paddle Boarding. Only a quick 12 minute walk on the Bartlett Cycleway to Bagnall Beach Off-Leash Dog Exercise area or 10 minute walk  along the bridal pathway into the heart of Nelson Bay CBD and d’Albora Marina, both of these pathways are perfect for children as well.

Bellima Beach House is perfect for your next holiday destination, it is a relaxed three-bedroom tri-level duplex with fantastic water views, located in a quiet residential street and provides all the comforts that you deserve with loads of room for the entire family.

Two large undercover balconies with water views and one with BBQ facilities, enclosed back yard, ping pong table for the kids or for the kids at heart and all this only a 2-minute drive to the waters edge.

Three bedrooms all with air conditioning, the main bedroom has a very romantic ensuite spa area, watch TV from your bed or spa, very indulgent. The main bathroom is located on the third level, it has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet, there is also a powder room on the living area.
