Located on the first floor and a quick 20mtr walk across the road to the beach and Fingal Bay Surf Club where you will find an amazing breakfast, lunch and dining experiences at either the Saltwater Restaurant or the famous Long Boat Cafe.

The main street of Fingal Bay is only an easy 1km walk away, the village offers a convenience store, cafes, petrol station, take away shop and bottle shop.  Fingal Bay Sports Club is just around the corner, so you have a variety of choices if dining out is on the agenda.

Fingal Bay also offers a fantastic children’s playground and some beautiful scenic views from Barry Park where there is a lovely viewing platform to watch for whales, public toilets, BBQs and a fantastic place for a picnic.

A huge terrace with outdoor dining and gas BBQ cooking facilities flow off from the living area.   Unit 3 is the only unit that has private access to the complex pool, so no need for the children to be going up and down in the lift or hallways and you have the pleasure of being able to sit back on your own balcony and watch the children playing in the pool.

Unit 245 is a two-bedroom dual-key lagoon spa room on the upper floor with stair access, the apartments have a main door access to the common foyer and then separate door access to each apartment.  The Studio Lagoon Apartment features an air conditioned, open plan bedroom/ dining/ kitchenette area which flows out onto the balcony with outdoor dining, so you can sit back and enjoy a drink and watch all the water activities in the pool. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and blow dryer available.  As this area is separate from the main apartment, we do not recommend children under 12 years to be left alone in the studio.

There is also the main apartment, which is a one Bedroom Lagoon Spa room, this section has an open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining and kitchen area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large balcony with alfresco dining and a sunlounge so you can lay back, relax and take in the beautiful array of the resort. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a beautiful corner spa bath, walk in shower, toilet, vanity and a blow dryer is also provided.

The dual units are modern and have the ease of being swim out apartments, open the gate from your balcony and you are in the water or you might just want to relax on the patio on the large cushioned sunbeds and sun lounges and watch other guests just floating past.

The unit is open plan with air-conditioned living/ dining areas and a large flat screen TV, there is also a huge range of DVDs and CDs supplied so if you want to kick back and watch a movie the choice is endless. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooktop, oven and dishwasher, the air-conditioned main bedroom has a king bed that can be split to two king singles and a fold up bed is also available, a flat screen TV and an ensuite with spa bath and shower to make your stay very comfortable.

The second bedroom is an air-conditioned studio with two king single beds, a kitchenette, a flat screen TV and a second ensuite, perfect for couples or singles, we suggest this studio area is not suitable for young children due to the separate dual access entrance.

Carindale would have to be one of the best complexs in the heart of Nelson Bay for your next family holiday. The location is perfect as it is only a short walk down to the beach, Marina and into town where you will find fantastic restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars.

Very comfortable two-bedroom unit with open plan lounge/ dining area, well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom providing a bath with shower and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The kids will love Carindale as there is a swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ area and tables and chairs, a great place to relax and cook up a storm on the BBQ.

Lock the car up in the garage and you wont need it again until it is time to go home, you will want to return to Carindale again and again for your family holidays!
