All three bedrooms have high ceilings and ceiling fans , the King main bedroom also has a wall mounted SMART TV, the property provides childrens toys, port-a-cot, high chair and stroller, this makes it easy for you to pack and gives more room in the car.

Main bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and vanity, the second shower and toilet are in the laundry area, the laundry also has a washing machine and dryer.

There is an enclosed screen room that has been transformed into the large dining area, there is also a backup full size family fridge in this area as well. The living area has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, SMART TV + DVD and the bonus of having WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, complete cooking facilities, there is also an under-cover area that can be used as a carport or outdoor dining with gas BBQ facilities. The property provides loads of room for boat parking and up to three vehicles and a large back yard (not enclosed).

There is a 2nd LCD HD TV in the main bedroom and a well equipped laundry. To make your stayat Cossies a real beach holiday – there are games, books, candles for the grown-ups and a couple of surf skis for guests to use from the beach below.

The lower level air-conditioned main bedroom water-view retreat features a queen bed, walk in robe, veranda and ensuite bathroom with twin wash basins, shower and toilet. The air-conditioned second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third air-conditioned bedroom offers two king singles with built in robes. There is a rollaway bed for an extra guest. The luxurious main bathroom features a large bath and a separate toilet.

The entrance Cossies is via a private loggia or via the double garage with direct access to the foyer and the garden has beach access with an outdoor shower – perfect for your waterside holiday.

The property provides NBN WiFi and Google Chromecast for your streaming services including Netflix but you will need your own Netflix account.

Just park the car in the secure double lockup garage and you have luxury of having internal access from the garage into the foyer and then into your unit. 

The open plan dining and living area is fitted with a ceiling fan and beautiful plantation shutters that allow the breeze to flow through, wall mounted TV and free unlimited WIFI, Foxtel, DVD player and an iPod dock. There is a large fully equipped kitchen (stocked with cleaning products, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee etc) with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities and Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). There is also a highchair and two portable cots.  

Three bedrooms with carpet and all providing ceiling fans, the main bedroom has a walk-in robe and a completely renovated stunning ensuite with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom has also been renovated with floor to ceiling tiles, shower over a bath, toilet and the luxury vanity. There is an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience, including washing powder.  

The Carindale complex is located an easy 600 metre walk to one of Nelson Bays beautiful swimming beaches (access is through Laidler Walk which runs between Magnus Street and Victoria Parade) or 850 metre walk to Wests Diggers Club and only a 700 metre walk to the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, DAlbora Marina, bars, clubs and Nelson Bay foreshore where all the Dolphin and Whale Watch cruises depart from. Shoal Bay shopping village and beach is only a quick five-minute drive away or a nice 3.4 klm walk along the waters edge. 
 
The complex boasts a solar inground pool, tennis court (unit provides racquets and balls, also 4 adult bikes, one with a baby seat (bring your own helmets), toys, board games,   books, two beach chairs, pool noddles, and an undercover communal BBQ area, having all this available will certainly keep everyone entertained. 

Linen and bed make are provided at this property and included in the price. Beach towels, tea towels are also provided, no pets, no smoking and no party policy in place.

Bellima Beach House, 9 Jackson Close – huge duplex with air con and fabulous views

Bellima Beach House is perfect for your next holiday destination, it is a relaxed three-bedroom tri-level duplex with fantastic water views, located in a quiet residential street and provides all the comforts that you deserve with loads of room for the entire family.

Two large undercover balconies with water views and one with BBQ facilities, enclosed back yard, ping pong table for the kids or for the kids at heart and all this only a 2-minute drive to the waters edge.

Three bedrooms all with air conditioning, the main bedroom has a very romantic ensuite spa area, watch TV from your bed or spa, very indulgent. The main bathroom is located on the third level, it has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet, there is also a powder room on the living area.

There are two living areas, the main area offers air conditioning, large TV/DVD, surround sound and free WIFI, games, books and movies. The second area is designed for the children with TV, DVD and toys, this room is located on the third level and adjacent to the bedrooms two and three.

Open plan large kitchen that is very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker and the list goes on and on. Parking for two cars in the double garage with internal access into the property and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Bellima Beach House, is beautiful, youll love your stay here just like many have done already, comments from previous guests include Loved our stay, balcony & views nice and very relaxing, love the main bedroom ensuite, lovely well-equipped kitchen, the cute garden area for the kids to play is fantastic and the bonus of having a high chair and stair guards was great, were definitely coming back.
