The third bedroom is also on this level along with the split system air conditioner which provides the comfort for this level sleeping and the loft/ kids play area which is up a few more stairs. The loft area also has a huge industrial ceiling fan and TV.

The kitchen is a huge galley design which flows through to the internal laundry, the laundry is fitted with a front loader washing machine and a dryer is provided in the garage. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful ceassa stone benchtops, dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities and a Breville Nespresso Coffee Machine and milk frother.

There is a private internal courtyard that is off the living area and a large open plan landscaped courtyard the flows from the downstairs living / dining area. The courtyard area has views overlooking the complex pool and Cromarty Bay.

Venabu on Garuwa, 20 Garuwa Street – spectacular house with fabulous views

With cathedral ceilings, large entertaining decks, a very well-equipped gourmet kitchen and lavish luxury furnishings throughout this property oozes with style and class.

The Balinese themed foyer that greets you at the main door instantly puts you into relaxation holiday mode, also on this ground level is the fifth bedroom which has a queen bed and a private ensuite.

The second level is the hub of the property, this is where you will find the large open plan layout featuring a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining for 10 people and a beautiful sitting area that is centred around the combustion fireplace, the fireplace is available for use however the firewood is not supplied. The owners have provided a beautiful cot in the main bedroom so your baby will be safe and sound, they have also provided a babies bath for your convenience.

Located in the heart of Nelson Bay in a residential complex is where you will find Tomaree Townhouse, this complex falls under the Strata act for noise and party complaints. A n easy walk to the hub of Nelson Bay where you will find top quality restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping.   The townhouse is two storey with all the living areas downstairs and four bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.
