You cant get any closer than this! Position, position with only 400 metres to Nelson Bay marina and 600 metres to Dutchies beach which is fantastic for the kids to swim and play, there is also multiple council BBQs and picnic tables. This is a fabulous beach to watch the sunsets or you also have the convenience of having a pool in the complex which is great to come back to after the beach.
