This stylish cottage is only a few minutes to the pet friendly Bagnall Beach, bowling club, Golf Club and surrounding tourist attractions.  Also only a few minutes walk into the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping or enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach, sunset over the water, a relaxing swim or watch the kids play on the playground.

It has been newly renovated and is well appointed with a sunny disposition, water views, ducted air conditioning and functional living areas. Mon Reve is a relaxing holiday destination for couples, friends and families.

We recommend only bringing a small or medium sized animal as the fences are not very high around the side of the house however if your animal is well behaved a large animal is not restricted.

There is a great undercover outdoor area with a gas BBQ, so you can cook up a feast while watching the kids and the fur baby playing in the enclosed back yard. This is a very relaxed, private area where you can sit back, relax and listen to the local bird life singing.

Dutchies haven location cant get any better, an easy short walk (approx 300 metres) to beautiful Dutchies Beach which is the perfect swimming spot for children as the waters are calm.  There are also BBQs and children playground equipment available at Dutchies or if you feel like a nice short scenic walk to the heart of Nelson Bay join the Bridal Veil walking track at Dutchies Beach and follow the coastline direct into Nelson Bay Marina.

Only a quick 12 minute walk on the Bartlett Cycleway to Bagnall Beach Off-Leash Dog Exercise area or 10 minute walk  along the bridal pathway into the heart of Nelson Bay CBD and d’Albora Marina, both of these pathways are perfect for children as well.

The layout of the home makes it an ideal choice for families or couples as the main bedroom with ensuite is located off the sunroom area and the other two bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the home.  The three way bathroom is perfect for everyone to use with the shower and bath in one room, vanity area in the open space and seperate toilet.
